Getting Help While Using Lucky Wheel

If a spin result does not reflect in your account wallet, or if the wheel does not load correctly on your device, our support team can pull the round record and verify the outcome. Reach us through live chat inside the platform, or raise a ticket via the help centre — both channels have access to your spin history and account log.

Live Chat Support Start a live chat directly from the Lucky Wheel page or the main help menu. Our team can check your spin status and confirm whether a reward posted to your wallet.
Account Ticket Submit a help ticket if your spin reward is delayed or missing. Include your account ID and the approximate spin time so the team can locate the round record fast.
Wallet Verification If a Lucky Wheel credit does not appear in your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay linked balance, our team will trace the wallet transaction path and confirm the posting.
HOW WE RUN THE WHEEL

Fair Play Standards Behind Every Lucky Wheel Spin

We run the Lucky Wheel on a certified random outcome engine — each spin result is generated independently of all previous spins. Segment probabilities are not adjusted between sessions, and the same wheel layout applies to every eligible account. We keep spin logs on record so any disputed result can be checked against the round data within your account history.

Random Outcome Engine

Every Lucky Wheel spin draws from a certified random number process. Segment landing is not influenced by account balance, deposit amount or prior spin history.

Spin Log Records

Your spin history is stored in your account and can be reviewed at any time. Each round log shows the segment landed, the time of spin and the reward value confirmed.

Consistent Segment Layout

The prize segment map on the wheel is the same for all eligible accounts. We do not personalise odds or reduce segment values based on your account activity or tier.

Periodic Segment Refresh

We update Lucky Wheel segment values on a scheduled cycle. The current layout and each segment's reward value are displayed on the wheel face before you spin.

cu888 What the cu888 Lucky Wheel Actually Offers

What the cu888 Lucky Wheel Actually Offers

Each spin on the Lucky Wheel is mapped to a fixed number of segments, and the outcome lands on one of those segments at random — no hidden weighting beyond what the wheel layout shows. Rewards credited include account balance top-ups and promo credits that feed directly into your wallet. You trigger a spin from the promotions area inside your account; no

separate app or download required. Segment values refresh periodically, so it pays to check the wheel before each session. Players in George Town and across Malaysia access the same wheel layout via mobile or desktop browser.

Lucky Wheel Terms Every Player Should Know

New to spin-style reward mechanics? These definitions cover the key terms you will encounter on the Lucky Wheel page so you know exactly what each element means before you spin.

What is a spin segment on the Lucky Wheel?

A spin segment is one of the divided sections on the wheel face. Each segment carries a specific reward value. The wheel spins and stops randomly on one segment, determining your reward.

What does 'promo credit' mean in the Lucky Wheel context?

Promo credit is a reward type that posts to your account balance for use within eligible games or sections. It differs from withdrawable cash and typically carries wagering conditions before conversion.

What is a wagering condition on a Lucky Wheel reward?

A wagering condition states how many times you must use a reward amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10x condition means wagering the reward value ten times across qualifying activity.

What does 'spin eligibility' mean?

Spin eligibility defines which accounts qualify for a Lucky Wheel session. Eligibility is commonly based on account status, recent activity or a qualifying deposit made through a linked payment method.

What is the wheel segment probability display?

Some Lucky Wheel formats show the probability or weighting for each segment. Where the game provider exposes this data, we display it on the wheel face so you can see each segment's likelihood.

What does 'wallet credit' mean after a Lucky Wheel spin?

Wallet credit is a reward posted directly to your account balance following a confirmed spin result. It becomes available in your account once the round is settled, typically within the same session.

Spin frequency depends on the active Lucky Wheel promotion cycle. Some cycles allow one spin per qualifying deposit; others grant spins based on account activity. The current allocation is shown on the wheel page.

Yes — deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay count toward qualifying activity for Lucky Wheel eligibility, subject to the minimum deposit amount shown on the active promotion terms.

If your reward has not posted within a few minutes of the spin confirming, open a live chat or submit a help ticket. Our team will check the spin log against your account record and resolve the discrepancy.

The segment layout is consistent across all eligible accounts during a given cycle. Reward values do not vary by account tier or deposit size — every eligible spin faces the same wheel configuration.
